Al\u00e9m de reduzir custos log\u00edsticos, os\u00a0<strong data-start=\"566\" data-end=\"590\">comboios de barca\u00e7as<\/strong>\u00a0destacam-se pelo desempenho ambiental: emitem at\u00e9\u00a0<strong data-start=\"641\" data-end=\"681\">73% menos CO\u2082 que o modal rodovi\u00e1rio<\/strong>\u00a0e\u00a0<strong data-start=\"684\" data-end=\"715\">36% menos que o ferrovi\u00e1rio<\/strong>, segundo estudo da\u00a0<strong data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"759\">Future Climate Group<\/strong>, consolidando-se como eixo estrat\u00e9gico de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"861\">competitividade, sustentabilidade e integra\u00e7\u00e3o nacional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"1324\">Dados da\u00a0<strong data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"928\">Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Transportes Aquavi\u00e1rios (Antaq)<\/strong>\u00a0indicam que, em\u00a0<strong data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"953\">2024<\/strong>, as hidrovias das regi\u00f5es\u00a0<strong data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"1014\">Amaz\u00f4nica e Tocantins\u2013Araguaia<\/strong>\u00a0movimentaram\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1058\">107,4 milh\u00f5es de toneladas<\/strong>, o que representa\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1077\" data-end=\"1118\">89% de toda a carga fluvial do Brasil<\/strong>. Soja e milho respondem por cerca de metade desse volume, mas o modal tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 vital para a\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1253\">log\u00edstica do Polo Industrial de Manaus<\/strong>, com cont\u00eaineres seguindo por barca\u00e7as at\u00e9 os grandes portos do Norte.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1331\" data-end=\"1402\"><strong data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1402\">Amaz\u00f4nia concentra a espinha dorsal hidrovi\u00e1ria do Brasil<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1404\" data-end=\"1782\">O\u00a0Brasil\u00a0possui\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1420\" data-end=\"1469\">20,1 mil km de vias economicamente naveg\u00e1veis<\/strong>. Desse total, cerca de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1506\">16 mil km<\/strong>\u00a0est\u00e3o nos rios da Amaz\u00f4nia \u2014\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1576\">80,79% da malha hidrovi\u00e1ria nacional<\/strong>. Essa geografia explica por que o transporte fluvial sempre foi essencial \u00e0s cidades ribeirinhas e, mais recentemente, tornou-se\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1757\">vetor decisivo para o escoamento do agroneg\u00f3cio<\/strong>\u00a0rumo ao mercado externo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1784\" data-end=\"2015\">Segundo especialistas, o \u201cboom\u201d do transporte hidrovi\u00e1rio ocorreu a partir de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1862\" data-end=\"1870\">2014<\/strong>, com a entrada de grandes operadores de gran\u00e9is agr\u00edcolas, impulsionados pela abertura de corredores log\u00edsticos at\u00e9 os portos do\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2000\" data-end=\"2014\">Arco Norte<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2022\" data-end=\"2075\"><strong data-start=\"2029\" data-end=\"2075\">Efici\u00eancia ambiental e escala log\u00edstica<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2077\" data-end=\"2391\">O grande diferencial do modal est\u00e1 na\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2115\" data-end=\"2125\">escala<\/strong>. Algumas composi\u00e7\u00f5es \u2014 barca\u00e7as empurradas por um \u00fanico rebocador \u2014 chegam a transportar\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2215\" data-end=\"2235\">75 mil toneladas<\/strong>\u00a0em uma \u00fanica viagem. H\u00e1 registros de comboios equivalentes a\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2297\" data-end=\"2314\">mil caminh\u00f5es<\/strong>\u00a0partindo de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2327\" data-end=\"2342\">Porto Velho<\/strong>, pelo\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2349\" data-end=\"2364\">rio Madeira<\/strong>, rumo aos portos do Norte.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2393\" data-end=\"2637\">Al\u00e9m da escala, o ganho ambiental \u00e9 expressivo. Menores emiss\u00f5es por tonelada transportada reduzem a\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2494\" data-end=\"2535\">pegada de carbono da cadeia log\u00edstica<\/strong>, alinhando o transporte fluvial \u00e0s exig\u00eancias de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2585\" data-end=\"2592\">ESG<\/strong>, mercados internacionais e metas clim\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2644\" data-end=\"2698\"><strong data-start=\"2651\" data-end=\"2698\">Redu\u00e7\u00e3o de custos e desafios estruturais<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2700\" data-end=\"3083\">A efici\u00eancia do modal tamb\u00e9m se reflete no custo. Segundo a\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2760\" data-end=\"2818\">Confedera\u00e7\u00e3o da Agricultura e Pecu\u00e1ria do Brasil (CNA)<\/strong>, o transporte exclusivamente rodovi\u00e1rio pela\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2864\" data-end=\"2874\">BR-163<\/strong>\u00a0at\u00e9\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2879\" data-end=\"2901\">Vila do Conde (PA)<\/strong>\u00a0custa cerca de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2917\" data-end=\"2941\">US$ 120 por tonelada<\/strong>. Quando a carga segue por caminh\u00e3o apenas at\u00e9\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2988\" data-end=\"3002\">Miritituba<\/strong>\u00a0e completa o trajeto em\u00a0<strong data-start=\"3027\" data-end=\"3039\">barca\u00e7as<\/strong>, o custo cai para\u00a0<strong data-start=\"3058\" data-end=\"3082\">US$ 108 por tonelada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3085\" data-end=\"3586\">Apesar das vantagens, persistem desafios hist\u00f3ricos:\u00a0<strong data-start=\"3138\" data-end=\"3163\">sazonalidade dos rios<\/strong>, gargalos urbanos no acesso aos portos e aus\u00eancia de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"3217\" data-end=\"3250\">gest\u00e3o cont\u00ednua das hidrovias<\/strong>. Projetos de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"3264\" data-end=\"3277\">concess\u00e3o<\/strong>, dragagem e sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o \u2014 como nos rios\u00a0<strong data-start=\"3318\" data-end=\"3363\">Madeira, Tapaj\u00f3s, Tocantins e Barra Norte<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 podem elevar ainda mais a efici\u00eancia, mas enfrentam entraves regulat\u00f3rios e socioambientais.
