Com isso,\u00a0<span class=\"highlight highlighted\">as novas regras dever\u00e3o ser implementadas ao longo do m\u00eas de julho<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-5f8ap\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"6\" data-block-id=\"5\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Entre as principais mudan\u00e7as anunciadas, est\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"40\" data-block-id=\"6\">\n<ul class=\"content-unordered-list\">\n<li>o\u00a0<strong><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">aumento do subs\u00eddio<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0para aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de im\u00f3vel;<\/li>\n<li>a\u00a0<strong><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos juros para financiamento<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">\u00a0<\/span>de fam\u00edlias com renda mensal de at\u00e9 R$ 2 mil;<\/li>\n<li>o\u00a0<strong><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">aumento do valor m\u00e1ximo do im\u00f3vel<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">\u00a0<\/span>que pode ser comprado pela maior faixa de renda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As altera\u00e7\u00f5es propostas pelo governo federal v\u00e3o atingir de forma diferente os benefici\u00e1rios, que s\u00e3o divididos em tr\u00eas faixas de renda (tamb\u00e9m atualizadas):<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"32\" data-block-id=\"9\">\n<ul class=\"content-unordered-list\">\n<li><strong><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">Faixa 1<\/span><\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>com renda de\u00a0<strong>at\u00e9 R$ 2.640<\/strong>\u00a0mensais;<\/li>\n<li><strong><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">Faixa 2<\/span><\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>com renda de\u00a0<strong>R$ 2.640,01 a R$ R$ 4.400<\/strong>\u00a0mensais;<\/li>\n<li><strong><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">Faixa 3<\/span><\/strong>, com renda de\u00a0<strong>R$ 4.400,01 a R$ 8.000\u00a0<\/strong>mensais.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Aumento do subs\u00eddio<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"87\" data-block-id=\"11\">\n<ul class=\"content-unordered-list\">\n<li>O subs\u00eddio \u00e9 a parte do financiamento pago pela Uni\u00e3o por meio do programa habitacional. Em alguns casos, o valor colocado pelo governo pode chegar a 95% \u2014 ou seja, a fam\u00edlia paga apenas 5% do montante.<\/li>\n<li>Com a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Curador do FGTS, o teto do subs\u00eddio no valor de entrada do im\u00f3vel para as fam\u00edlias nas\u00a0faixas 1 e 2\u00a0passou de\u00a0<span class=\"highlight highlighted\">R$ 47,5 mil para at\u00e9 R$ 55 mil<\/span>. De acordo com o Minist\u00e9rio das Cidades, esse limite n\u00e3o era revisto desde 2017.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Taxa de juros para financiamento<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-4s7fj\">\n<div class=\"bs-video-block mc-column  content-media content-video\" data-block-type=\"backstage-video\" data-block-id=\"12\">\n<div class=\"content-media__container\">\n<div class=\"content-video__bigger-player-description-fixer\">\n<article class=\"content-video\">\n<section class=\"content-video__video-container\">\n<div class=\"content-video__video\">\n<div class=\"content-video__placeholder\" data-video-id=\"11715415\" data-video-has-viewport-play=\"True\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"50\" data-block-id=\"15\">\n<ul class=\"content-unordered-list\">\n<li>A\u00a0<strong><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">taxa de juros<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0cobrada para fam\u00edlias com renda mensal de at\u00e9 R$ 2 mil\u00a0<strong>passou\u00a0<\/strong><strong><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">de 4,25% para 4% ao ano<\/span><\/strong><strong>, para as regi\u00f5es Norte e Nordeste;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Para as<strong>\u00a0regi\u00f5es Sudeste, Sul e Centro-Oeste, a taxa foi\u00a0<\/strong><strong><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">de 4,5% para 4,25% ao ano<\/span><\/strong><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><em>(veja os detalhes na tabela abaixo).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Valor m\u00e1ximo do im\u00f3vel<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-djit5\">\n<div class=\"show-flourish-embed-block\">\n<div class=\"show-flourish-embed-block__container show-flourish-embed-block__container--visualization\" data-flourish-embed=\"\" data-flourish-content-type=\"visualization\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"94\" data-block-id=\"17\">\n<ul class=\"content-unordered-list\">\n<li>O valor m\u00e1ximo do im\u00f3vel que pode ser comprado na\u00a0<strong><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">faixa 3<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">,<\/span>\u00a0para fam\u00edlias com renda entre R$ 4,4 mil e R$ 8 mil,\u00a0<strong><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">passou de R$ 264 mil para at\u00e9 R$ 350 mil<\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Esse valor\u00a0<strong><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">vale para todo o pa\u00eds<\/span><\/strong>, e n\u00e3o somente para as cidades do Rio de Janeiro, Bras\u00edlia e S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/li>\n<li>O\u00a0<strong><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">teto dos im\u00f3veis para as faixas 1 e 2<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0do Minha Casa Minha Vida, por sua vez, ficou<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">entre R$ 190 mil e R$ 264 mil \u2014 de acordo com a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o do im\u00f3vel<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<em>(confira na tabela abaixo)<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A estimativa do governo \u00e9 que a mudan\u00e7a gere 57 mil novas contrata\u00e7\u00f5es na faixa 3, sendo 40 mil j\u00e1 este ano.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Al\u00e9m disso, o conselho estima um crescimento de 12% nas contrata\u00e7\u00f5es, com cerca 330 mil unidades para fam\u00edlias com renda de at\u00e9 R$ 3,3 mil.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\"><strong>Or\u00e7amento e metas<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"3\" data-block-id=\"22\">\n<p>O Minha Casa, Minha Vida foi criado em 2009, no segundo mandato do governo Lula\u00a0(PT).\u00a0<span class=\"highlight highlighted\">O governo separou R$ 9,5 bilh\u00f5es para o programa neste ano.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-ek1of\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"39\" data-block-id=\"24\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Em 2020, sob a gest\u00e3o de\u00a0Jair Bolsonaro\u00a0(PL),\u00a0foi substitu\u00eddo pelo Casa Verde e Amarela\u00a0\u2013 que alterou alguns pontos do programa original, mas mantinha o objetivo de facilitar o acesso a moradias para fam\u00edlias de baixa renda.<\/p>\n<div id=\"chunk-7ne93\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"15\" data-block-id=\"26\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O Minha Casa, Minha Vida\u00a0foi retomado pela gest\u00e3o petista em fevereiro deste ano.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-5mu6r\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"31\" data-block-id=\"27\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A meta do governo Lula para o programa habitacional \u00e9 de\u00a0atender a 2 milh\u00f5es de fam\u00edlias at\u00e9 2026, considerando os benef\u00edcios que forem distribu\u00eddos entre todas as faixas de renda.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"5\" data-block-id=\"28\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container\"><strong>Lula fala em ampliar programa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neste m\u00eas, o presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva\u00a0(PT) disse que\u00a0quer ampliar o programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida para fam\u00edlias de classe m\u00e9dia, que ganham at\u00e9 R$ 12 mil.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-134kl\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"42\" data-block-id=\"30\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A vers\u00e3o atual do programa \u00e9 voltada a facilitar o financiamento de moradias a fam\u00edlias residentes em \u00e1reas urbanas, com renda mensal bruta de at\u00e9 R$ 8 mil, e fam\u00edlias de \u00e1reas rurais com renda bruta anual de at\u00e9 R$ 96 mil.<\/p>\n<p
