A dona do navio \u00e9 a Navega\u00e7\u00e3o Mansur S.A., que entregou a opera\u00e7\u00e3o do cargueiro para outra empresa, a Posidonia Shipping.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-5avi5\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"21\" data-block-id=\"5\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"3\" data-block-id=\"8\">\n<div class=\"content-intertitle\">\n<h2>Jogo de empurra<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>Tempos depois, a Posidonia alegou falta de pagamento da Mansur em v\u00e1rios contratos e entrou na Justi\u00e7a cobrando os atrasados.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-eqpur\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"32\" data-block-id=\"10\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Em\u00a02016, a Mansur voltou a ter posse do navio, mas como respondia a outros processos, de outras empresas, cobrando outras d\u00edvidas, o cargueiro acabou ficando fundiado ali na Ba\u00eda de Guanabara.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-8aqri\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"21\" data-block-id=\"11\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Em2019, a\u00a0Companhia Docas do Rio\u00a0entrou na Justi\u00e7a Federal alegando a Mansur tamb\u00e9m devia pra ela\u00a0<span class=\"highlight highlighted\">R$ 6,6 milh\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-9l6ob\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"55\" data-block-id=\"12\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">No processo havia imagens fotogr\u00e1ficas feitas na \u00e9poca, e que mostravam a embarca\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 emadiantado est\u00e1gio de deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o, com a corrente de\u00a0<span class=\"highlight highlighted\">\u00e2ncora retorcida pelos in\u00fameros giros de 360\u00b0 em torno de seu pr\u00f3prio eixo<\/span>, e em adiantado estado de oxida\u00e7\u00e3o, o que indica a poss\u00edvel ruptura, o que deixaria a embarca\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 deriva.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-874ie\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"14\" data-block-id=\"13\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Em 2020, o juiz do caso autorizou a Companhia Docas a retirar o navio. Em 2021, determina que a Mansur retire o navio, o que n\u00e3o ocorreu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-8a7h4\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"31\" data-block-id=\"15\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O especialista em infraestrutura portu\u00e1ria\u00a0H\u00e9lvio Jos\u00e9 Lopes\u00a0diz que o desgaste nas \u00e2ncoras e correntes de navios ancorados \u00e9 um processo natural, conhecido por qualquer um que entende de navega\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<div id=\"chunk-930t3\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"29\" data-block-id=\"18\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">S\u00e9rgio Ricardo Lima,\u00a0cofundador do movimento\u00a0Ba\u00eda Viva, diz que o navio faz parte de um passivo ambiental que existe h\u00e1 mais de 30 anos na Ba\u00eda de Guanabara.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"52\" data-block-id=\"19\">\n<div id=\"chunk-5ctlk\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"23\" data-block-id=\"20\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Ele salienta ainda que as embarca\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o extremamente prec\u00e1rias, inseguras, e que, provavelmente, dentro delas h\u00e1 \u00f3leo, o que pode provocar\u00a0desastre ambiental.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-a3ava\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"20\" data-block-id=\"21\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">ORJ2foi atr\u00e1s das atr\u00e1s de respostas dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os envolvidos na fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos navios e da Ba\u00eda de Guanabara.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-4d771\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"25\" data-block-id=\"22\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A\u00a0Secretaria Municipal do Ambiente e Clima do Rio\u00a0disse que est\u00e1 cobrando e notificando os respons\u00e1veis pelo abandono de embarca\u00e7\u00f5es na Ba\u00eda de Guanabara.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-fcs9c\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"6\" data-block-id=\"23\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O\u00a0Ibama\u00a0n\u00e3o respondeu aos contatos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"chunk-29l7k\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"31\" data-block-id=\"24\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O\u00a0Inea\u00a0&#8211;
