A Vale \u00e9 acionista direta e indireta da MRS e membro do bloco de controle da Companhia.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o comunicado da MRS, ser\u00e3o vendidos \u00e0 Vale 23 locomotivas modelo GE Dash-9, no valor unit\u00e1rio R$ 4,919 milh\u00f5es, totalizando R$ 113,14 milh\u00f5es, al\u00e9m de um conjunto de consum\u00edveis por locomotiva, no valor total de R$ 259,5 mil, e R$ 1,6 milh\u00e3o em pe\u00e7as sobressalentes.<\/p>\n<p>A MRS afirma ainda que a transa\u00e7\u00e3o &#8220;foi negociada em condi\u00e7\u00f5es vantajosas para a companhia&#8221;.
